Wow...what an incredible week and an even more incredible season for our Piranha family!

Our swimmers finished the season in a BIG way with amazing performances at the Straehle Invitational on Wednesday and the Division 2 Championships today! We saw so many best times, exciting races, lots of cheering, and most importantly, tons of fun. We could not be more proud of our swimmers and the way they represented Springlake! Meet results are attached.

And we have a NEW Springlake Team Record! This morning, Philip Scharper broke the Boys 11–12 50m Butterfly record with an incredible time of 31.34! Congratulations, Philip! What an awesome accomplishment and such an exciting way to finish the season!

As we officially wrap up the season, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to our entire Piranha family. Thank you so much for the incredibly thoughtful gifts this year. We are completely overwhelmed by your generosity and kindness. We have truly loved working with all of you and being part of the Springlake Piranhas. It has been so much fun watching our team continue to grow, welcoming so many new families, and seeing the incredible sense of community that makes Springlake so special.

We truly have the most incredible swimmers, coaches, and families, and that is what makes this team so special. The support, encouragement, teamwork, and Piranha pride we have seen all season long is something we are incredibly grateful for. We are so proud of everything our swimmers accomplished this season and we are so proud to be part of this amazing Piranha family! 

We can't say enough about how much we appreciate the way everyone helped this season. Whether you volunteered at meets, helped behind the scenes, cheered from the sidelines, got swimmers to early-morning practices, brought the team spirit, or stepped in wherever you were needed...you helped make this season run so smoothly. It truly takes our entire Piranha family, and we appreciate every single one of you!

If you were unable to attend our Awards Night last weekend, you were very much missed! There is also an end-of-season team long-sleeve shirt for each swimmer. Stop by the front desk or lifeguard room the next time you're at the pool, give them your last name, and they can get your bag for you. Check the ribbon box one more time too as there are still some ribbons in there.

What a season it has been! We are so proud of our swimmers, so thankful for our AMAZING coaches, and incredibly grateful for our families. Thank you for showing up, volunteering, cheering loudly, and making this season one we will always remember.

We hope everyone enjoys the rest of the summer, and we already can't wait to see our Piranha family back together next year for another amazing season!
